Chi-Chi Sisters is proud to offer low, flat-rate $7.95 United States ground shipping (for express shipping rates, see below. At this time, we are unable to ship to hotels or P.O. boxes, unless the address is a military (APO or FPO) or university address.

Canadian. Shipping Details
Chi-Chi Sisters currently ships orders to Canada via UPS Express. You should receive your order 1-3 business days after the ship date, unless it is delayed by Canadian Customs. Please read below for further information regarding Canadian Customs.

How long will it take to get my order?
Chi-Chi Sisters normally picks, packs and ships all orders within 1-3 business days from the order date. A business day is considered to be Monday through Friday, not including holidays. We will email you if it will take longer than 3 business days to ship your order.

To continental United States, including Alaska and Hawaii (street addresses only)
USPS Standard Mail: $7.95, 5-7 business days after ship date.
UPS 3 Day Select: $10.95, 3-4 business days after ship date.
UPS 2nd Day Air: $15.95, 2 business days after ship date.
UPS Next Day Air Saver: $24.95, 1 business day after ship date.

To other United States addresses (APO/FPO)
USPS Standard Mail: $7.95, 5-7 business days after ship date

To Canada (street addresses only)
UPS Express to Canada*: $32.95, 1-3 business days after shipping. Customs may hold packages for an additional period of time.

*Note: Chi-Chi Sisters does not collect duty and taxes to Canada. The appropriate duty and/or taxes must be paid by the customer directly to the delivery carrier at the time of delivery. Chi-Chi Sisters' shipping charge does not include brokerage fees.

Return Policy

Chi-Chi Sisters will accept returns within 15 days of original order. Please contact Chi-Chi sisters for a return authorization number.
